Half what the others charge.

Every feature is in every plan. You pay for the number of people who use it, not for which parts you are allowed to switch on. Free for a team of three.

Where "half" comes from

These are the published prices of the best known help desks, taken from their own pricing pages on 16 October 2026, per person per month when paid for a year.

Zendesk
US$55 for the Team plan, US$115 for Professional
Freshdesk
US$19 Growth, US$55 Pro, US$89 Enterprise
Help Scout
US$25 Standard, US$45 Plus, US$75 Pro
Zoho Desk
₹420 Express, ₹800 Standard, ₹1,400 Professional, ₹2,400 Enterprise
Intercom
US$19 Essential, US$85 Advanced, US$132 Expert
Jira Service Management
US$23 Standard, US$50 Premium — priced in bands, not per person
MerlinDesk
₹400 Team, ₹700 Agency — about half the middle of that range

Across eleven products the middle price is US$21 for a starter plan, US$55 for a middle one and US$89 for the top. We sit at about half of each.

Half the middle, not cheaper than everyone. Two cut-down plans are less than ours — Zoho Express at ₹420 and Zammad Starter at €7 — and both leave things out that we include. We do not claim to beat the cheapest plan in the market. We claim to charge about half what a plan like ours costs.

The rupee price is set against Zoho Desk and the dollar price against the American products, because every company in this market charges India far less than it charges the United States. Prices move: we check theirs again each quarter, and these were read from their own pricing pages on 16 October 2026.

Why every feature is in every plan

Most help desks put reports in one plan, rules in the next and the API in the one above that. You find out which plan you really needed after you have moved in.

  • No feature is switched off by planReports, rules, the API, IT support and help articles are there on day one
  • No charge per channelEmail, chat, phone, WhatsApp and web forms cost nothing extra from us — you pay your own provider for calls and messages
  • You only outgrow it by hiringThe bill follows the size of your team, which you can predict
  • No extra bill for AIEvery other help desk charges for it by use, and five of them charge a second per-person fee on top. You connect your own AI account and pay that provider, not us
  • Change plan wheneverUp or down, charged from the day you change

Questions about paying

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, for up to three people, with no time limit and no card needed. It is the same software, not a cut-down version.

How do I actually pay?

We invoice you and you pay by bank transfer. Card and UPI payment inside the product is built but not switched on yet, so for now it is an invoice. Ask for one and we will send it.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes, for Indian customers, with GST shown separately. Prices on this page do not include GST.

What counts as a person I pay for?

Anyone who answers customers. People who only read tickets are free, and your own customers never count, however many write in.

Is there a minimum, or a contract?

No minimum on the Team and Agency plans and no lock-in. The yearly price is simply cheaper than paying monthly. Your own server starts at ten people.

What do I pay for WhatsApp, SMS or phone calls?

Nothing to us. You connect your own WhatsApp, SMS or telephony account and pay that provider directly for the messages and minutes.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The demo is open and the free plan does not expire. While the product is in review, sign-in is by invitation, so ask us for an account rather than signing up yourself.

Will the price go up later?

Your price stays as it was when you joined, for as long as you keep paying. If we raise prices it applies to new customers.

Two honest notes about buying today. Card and UPI payments inside the product are written but switched off, so everything is invoiced by hand while the product is in review.

And our name cannot yet be removed from the customer help page, so the Agency plan's branding today means the client's name and colour on their help page, and your own name on the chat box. The full picture is here.
