For agencies, IT companies and resellers

If you look after support for more than one business, each client gets their own separate account. They never see each other. You run the lot from one console.

Give each client their own account

This is the part most help desks charge extra for. If you look after support for several businesses, each one gets a separate account. They never see each other.

  • Separate accountsOwn staff, own customers, own requests, own settings
  • Kept apart by the database itselfNot by careful coding. 997 of the tables carry the rule, and the account the software logs in as is not allowed to ignore it
  • Each client set up their own wayTheir own statuses, forms, reply times, working hours and roles
  • Their own name and colourOn the customer help page and on the chat box
  • Switch a client on or offTakes effect within a minute, from your own console
  • Set what each client may useNumber of staff, channels and so on, per account
  • Look at a client's screen only with permissionThey grant it, it runs out after four hours, and both sides get a record
  • Your own prices per countryA second person has to approve a price change

Being straight about the white label part. Today you can take our name off the chat box on your client's website, and each client's help page carries their own name and colour. You cannot yet remove our name from the bottom of the help page, put a client's logo on it, or point a client's own web address at it. Those are being built. We would rather tell you now than have you find out after you have sold it.

Run it our way, or on your own server
